My wife booked the appointment for our Honda to be serviced. She specifically noted that she wanted the basic package-Oil Change for 34.99. When I checked the car in the service rep offered the next package of 69.99. I declined and told him the lower package was better suited for our vehicle. When picking up my car later that day I come to find out the higher package was due at the time of payment. And that was not what I had agreed on, although the Rep apologized and gave me a courtesy car wash voucher, my wife was not pleased. She is considering servicing the vehicle at a different Honda Center in the future.
