I was happy they finally found after 3 visits to metro why my car isn't starting. They referred me back to Penske Honda which I don't use. Plus now my seat doesn't recline yet did when I came in. They ad the control might have went out.

We were completely unsatisfied. First of all, they made my nine month pregnant wife come four times in one week. She had to get babysitters and rides because of their mistakes. Secondly, we were both assured that we will receive a significant discount for our inconvenience. Instead we received 80 Off of a 400 bill that was already way more expensive than we were quoted. The whole thing was ridiculous and we are not pleased. We do not anticipate returning to Metro Honda for future service.
