I came in Saturday for a flat tire. I had under 36,000 miles on the vehicle. I had the added Sentinal plan. I was told the tread was too low to cover it. Then I was told that the vehicle would need a new tire as the other was unrepairable. Though I accepted the cost of the new tire and contemplated the set of four new tires, I was told that Metro Honda did not have tires available in 185/60/15 for my vehicle until Wednesday. Weird thing is that I know this same tire is on 2015, 2016, & 2017 models of Honda Fits. That means they are literally on the Lot or at a nearby Honda Lot somewhere. In fact, next door at Metro Nissan has them on all their NV200 models. I was not offered a loaner vehicle. I picked up the vehicle and left. As I shop for a new lease or purchase in the next three months, I will not be returning to Honda.

Gordon Jackson did not update the new owner on the receipt sheet. He left Lorena, the previous owner, in place without updated the name on the receipt. He would also not answer his phone. Tried calling 3 times, he would not answer. I even e-mailed him. And texted him. He did not respond. My car was serviced 2 weeks ago at Metro Honda for a A/C problem, the problem has yet to be resolved also. I disclosed what was wrong with my car but the car hasn't been fixed. Terrible service

I want to give Vance the utmost praise for the service he provided me on 7/8. He went far above and beyond for me. I had an issue with the undercarriage following an oil change in the morning, my car was towed back to the dealership and he made sure everything was ok and had it replaced. I was only expecting the undercarriage to be removed but he had it completely replaced. I wasn't expecting him to do that, but he did, so I am incredibly grateful for the genuine act of kindness. That speaks volumes to me about his character. From now on I would love to have him as my service agent anytime I come in for maintenance. Thank you very much Vance.

July 8, 2017. Today was my first time at Metro Honda. I came to Thomas frustrated with an issue I have had for over 3 years that another Honda dealer and a family owned shop could not help me with. Thomas took extra measures to make sure my issue (and a new issue) was fixed. I felt so welcomed and couldn't be happier with the whole service. Thank you!

I was very happy with the service I received today I called today for an oil change on my CR-V and I got the same day appt. I opt to wait while they serviced my car and the wait wasn't long at all and they washed my car. Great service!
