My service advisor Gordon was excellent but as a customer of Metro Honda the past 4 I was extremely disappointed that I felt your business would try to charge a large for just to tell me what was wrong with my air conditioner we when I was there having 750$ worth of service completed. Since I did by my pilot here and was planning on buying an additional Honda there later this year I thought loyal customers would be treated better anyway aside from the professionalism Gordon showed on helping me I will not be returning to metro Honda for any future business thank you Michael S
