I will not fill out the survey. This comment should tell you the satisfaction level that I experienced. Tommy has helped me throughout the past couple of years with my new car (2016 Honda Accord) and it's horrible software problems. He has made sure to "keep me in the know" whenever I had the car in for servicing and even though I am not the easiest person to please, he did his best and was a lot better than most. Professionalism was on point, enough said.
