To start with, Jeff de Lios was very attentive and considerate of my situation, just as he's always been even before I actually purchased a vehicle from Metro. After I purchased my HR-V, he was still very helpful and accommodating. Tony Maldonado was equally accommodating and generous as well as very professional even to the point of sending me reminder emails about my scheduled appointment. Patrick Henry, the last step in the service process, was just as professional, extremely generous of his time in explaining to me my situation and how to resolve the issue going forward. All the personnel at Metro Honda were very pleasing, very professional and very attentive to all my needs. I couldn't say enough about them. I've been to many other Honda dealerships but none would even come close to the Metro Honda people. They're a step above the rest!
