Vance was so great!! He was friendly and attentive and was very thorough with the service. He addressed my immediate car needs as well as looked into any possible recalls for my little 08 Honda Civic. He went above and beyond what I expect and I received a delightful call when the service was complete. Representatives like Vance keeps me coming back to Metro Honda!! :)
