Joseph King gave us exceptional customer service today. I want to recognize him for going above and beyond for a scratch that was made during a service oil change. He addressed my concerns, was apologetic, efficient and just made the experience much better than I expected. Even though the issue was not his direct fault, he accommodated me in a way that showed me he cared about the problem. I want to say thank you to him for making what could have been a terrible experience into a learning lesson for me, that there are good people in the world who will take the time to go beyond what is expected of them by just taking the extra moment or gesture to make things better.
