i have only been to two Honda dealerships for service on my car which I have only had for a year, and the service here was not satisfactory. I came for a simple oil change and was advised that it could not be done due to incorrect screws that were previously put into the splash guard. I was then blamed for this, when this was the exact place I had gone for my previous oil change. So we both knew it was the fault of the previous mechanic. They were eventually able to take the screws out, but no apology was given, the situation was simply brushed off. I won't be coming here ever again.
