Tommy is always pleasant to deal with!! From the moment he greets you with a smile on his face until the end of you transaction you feel like he really values you as a client . I am a retail sales manager myself, so to impress me with a great experience is not often done. Tommy is a great example of a true client champion . I made an appointment in the morning 7:32 am for 2:30pm. She ask what service is needed; I said trans fluid change, brake check and red engine light check intermittently flashing even though oil is within level; told rep I just change oil and fill within spec 4.5 qrt . I called about an hour before appt remind service to put in notes for under carriage to be clean around drain area of fluid drain plug as there is blk stains from fluid change previously.Got there at 2:25 John said, Trans fluid and visual check of break can be done but not flashing light check as mechanic leaving at around 4pm. What happened to what I said in the appointment in the morning? The rep put it down on notes and now it's not possible?? I reminded John upon arrival to clean wipe as there are black build up from previous trans fluid. When car was done, I checked under and stain still there, appears only the hole area was wiped. He called and raised van on lift again, extra waiting for me, only to be told it's was thick and I need to have it steam clean with no recommendation where this place is located after I asked. It's a simple wiping using degreaser of some kind near the areas and can't be done. Honda pls don't tell me later/ future that you'll charge for this wiping with towel/ degreaser. Can't the dealer go a little service above and beyond for the service sake without being charged or ignored even though I mentioned it twice. Car is already jacked up- might as well clean it a little for 2-3 minutes. Is that too much to ask? 89.95 for that 15-30 minute job if that with total 92.81. The dealership just renovated its building so I know it has profited in many ways. Little details and care would be appreciated without charge and I'm sure the dealer will not go bunkrupt for showing some care. Also, I noticed the price breakdown. A small washer for $3.06? Really? This things can be made hundreds per minute in a factory untouched by human hands.Please don't drop the price of this tiny object only to redistribute it somewhere else. For example, make it 50 cents but let's add the difference to the fluid or other items to make up for it. It's one thing to profit in business but there's a point that it becomes greedy and unethical. You may reason $3.06 cents for a steel/aluminum washer is not much. Well, to put it in perspective with that amount $3.06 you can get an all-beef hotdog with a drink for two people at Costco at $1.50 each order. Will Costco go bunkrupt because they charge less than Wienersnetzel for a hotdog and drink?
