I dropped of my 2019 accord this morning for a simple oil change and when I checked my car later in the day it’s leaking large amounts of engine oil now. They did not do the job right and risked my car of breaking down . When I take my car back tomorrow it will be the last time I do service with Honda. They didn’t even offer me a loaner car. I now have to take time off work for something that is not my fault. The service man was terrible as well. after calling about the oil spill he was not helpful at all, instead he just wanted me to drive it to the dealer.I was a huge supporter of Honda but if the service man can’t even do their job then why bother. Now my drive-way at my house is ruined and the bottom of my car is full of oil . Thanks Honda . 15+ year customer here and now that’s ruined. I still can’t believe they did the oil change and didn’t check for leaks on the bolts or filter they tightened.

Just that when I made the appointment I did mention that I got a new phone it was disconnected with the car and need it connected to the car. I was not told that the technicians come in at 1:00. I would have made my appointment after 1:00. Now I have to come in again from Rancho Cucamonga and I’m 70 years old.

Typically we received great service from every individual we interact with at Metro Honda. Everyone who helps us is typically awesome. John **** is extremely helpful and awesome.Joe King is also amazing. Walter from the sales department is a legend. That said, it seems to me that the people of Metro Honda are overworked. The volume of customers is too great for the people of Metro Honda to reasonably address. Over the past four years, I’ve seen a dramatic increase in weight time on the phone, and in receiving service once I get the service

We arrived on time for our 7:45 appointment and we’re seen at 8:05 which was fine. It was a minor service and we waited for service to be completed. Gary said it should take approximately 1.5 hours unless the inspection showed extra work was necessary. We waited 3 full hours without any updates. After 3 hours we approached Gary’s desk and asked for the status of our car. Our keys and paperwork were on his desk. He went over our paperwork and checked us out without any explanation or mentioning of our extremely long wait. Also a couple came an hour after us for a similar service and left 15 minutes before us. Overall a frustrating experience.

There was a marked improvement from the crazy drop off line about a month ago. So happy not to be waiting close to an hour. It was only about 15 min. Gary was professional and didn’t just treat me like a number. The gentleman that handed me my keys ( he has a fro) sorry I forgot his name. He wasn’t the man that charged me.
The gentleman that handed me the keys went above and beyond to make sure my car was perfect and that all my questions were answered.
