It took nearly three hours for a oil change even with an appointment and my service advisor, John, was no were to be found for questions including others that needed help. Perhaps he an emergency and had to leave.

Mark was great but there are serious management issues. I waited 3 hours for an oil change. I had an appointment. You should really be ashamed of yourselves. It’s incomprehensible how Honda can let that happen. Seriously, you need to get your act together. I ate chips from your vending machine for lunch. I’m going to hit the “done” button now before I start using four letter words.

I was given a total of 4 different prices for what i would expect to pay if anything. Just that alone made me very uneasy and almost felt like your team was running some kind of scheme on something that Honda should cover. I got this car less than 3 years ago and am hearing there are issues with the condenser but somehow my cars condenser is fine and the reason for my issue is a leak somewhere in my ac system. I’m not saying this isn’t the case but I just feel I can no longer trust Metro Honda to service my vehicle. Joseph wasn’t really around to help with the exception of a couple phone calls where he was very polite and explained what the process would be. But he was not there when i picked up my vehicle at 520. Also, when i did pick up my car, it seemed like it was lost. Then my keys were almost handed to another customer. It was frustrating on top of hearing I’d have to pay 380 dollars to find a leak.. not even to repair it. I’m definitely going to be looking elsewhere to service my vehicle.

Pick up needs to be simplified. If you’ve paid through the link texted to you, there should be a central location to pick up your keys and go. Or a central cashier to get your car. Instead there are maybe two service reps (where everyone else is who knows?) who can’t help you if they didn’t help you originally and no way to form a line or indicate you’re waiting so they just take people in whatever order. And no one but the service reps can help you. When you ask other people in Honda uniforms, they say they don’t know anything about it and you have to go find one of the reps, which are not at their desks. And on top of it, I wasn’t given my car wash code.
