Representative was rude when I told him my battery should be under warranty given that I’ve only had the car a bit under 3 years . I wasn’t aware that it only covered 36,000 miles which I’m fine with . He’s response and the way he made me feel guilty for asking to hold off given that I wasn’t expecting to make that extra expense since I went in for a oil change was unnecessary. I’ve bought a total of 4 cars with this dealership and I’m upset that I had to pay for a battery when I was only 300 miles over the warranty. I understand protocol and policy just the way this person handled it was not necessary . Very disappointed .

I brought my 04 honda pilot in today July 28th for a simple oil change. when I brought it in it was not leaking oil but when I got it back it was leaking oil. I brought it back and they did nothing except for try to sell me parts to fix my car. I was very unsatisfied. Very unprofessional.
