3rd time repaired loose splash fairs.

Went in for a simple oil change I was told it would be from 1 to 2 hours after 2 hours I went to ask the status of my CRV and the young man said he hadn't received any paperwork and that he would call me as soon as he gets it, then 15 minutes later he came back and asked me for my paperwork and he was going to check on it, then he came back and said it was ready and that the jold ip was the tires...they were only supposed to do an express oil change and I sat there for 2 and a 1/2 hours for a 20 minute oil change, that is unacceptable...unsatisfactory
