I asked James to not touch my tires. That they had been rotated and balanced at Costco. I asked him to put notes in comments so technician would know and he said he would. He told me two hour wait and I had appointment, I said fine. I called after 2 1/2 hours and car was still being worked on. I asked him over phone to remember about tires and he was a bit of a smart **** with oh yeah you got them from Costco. I showed up paid and went to Costco around the corner and checked my tire pressure and they had been deflated. I told him not to touch them and they did. All I wanted was a oil/filter and fluids checked. I will not return to this dealership for car service or to purchase a vehicle from your dealership.
