The service was fine but I am very disappointed in how long I had to wait. A total of four hours just for an oil change. That’s insane! I understand things taking longer but four hours is a very long time and I expect better than that from you guys. If I would’ve known, I would just go to a jiffy lube. Very disappointing especially since I’ve been going here for a long time.

Throughout the day, I have tried contacting my service advisor, Francisco Caceres, to check the status of my vehicle I dropped off that morning. I called 4 times at different time intervals to speak with Francisco and even left a voicemail. I still have not heard from him and no one has explained what was done to my car. One reason brought my car in was because the engine was stalling. Francisco nor anyone from the Metro Honda team has not given me any updates regarding this issue. I had an extremely negative experience because of the service Francisco provided. Your employees reflect the values of Honda as a company. The service I received from this service advisor did not reflect Metro Honda in a positive manner. Please take the time to reassess this employee’s position in your workplace.
