I think name tags would be completely appropriate... and stitched on work shirts, so there’s no discrepancies. It was difficult to identify who would be “taking care of me,” while walking around the service center. Acknowledgment when arriving at the assigned service staff desk, instead of continuing personal conversation with neighboring service staff, would be incredibly appropriate as well. None of the staff were overly rude, but definitely room for improvement. :) Thank you for my my service!

Went in at last minute because I was going on a trip and the little wrench light came on, I was told it would take 3 hours but only took 2, so happy!

Improvement on keeping the appointment time scheduled would make a big difference. Why make appointments if they will not be kept? I waited about an hour and a half beyond the appointment time to get service started my vehicle, and that was after asking twice, how much longer before they would begin the work on my car..
