Larry was great, I just wish somebody had called as soon as the car was ready. We had dropped it off at 8:30 and he had said it would be ready between 12 and one and we did not get a call until four.. I called around three to see if the car was ready and whoever answered thought it had been ready for sometime.

I called ahead and scheduled an appointment for 9/13 at 10:45am for service B17 and a Recall. Upon arrival, I confirmed I was there for service B17, as displayed on my dash, and the recall. Upon picking up my vehicle, I realized they only completed service B1 and the recall, leaving out 7 altogether. This is disappointing as I mentioned needing that service twice, and it was displayed on my dash. I was told I would have to come back for the service another time. This was my first time at Weir Canyon Honda so just not the best feeling leaving knowing I have to go back to a dealer soon to keep my car in the best shape. Also, I usually go to Airport Marina Honda and have always picked up my car with a complimentary exterior rinse! Despite all of this, the customer service and interactions I had with each employee was wonderful and top notch! I really appreciated that. Still, I am not sure I will return for future services.
