I am not a person who likes to complain..I was super excited for my new car but and sales team gave me a wonderful experience. I brought car in for the protective coating and when I picked it up my seat side panel was broken. The service guys tried to fix it but a part needs to be ordered to fix it properly. I spoke to my salesman and he plans to get the part ordered with approval from his manager next week. so I only had my car since Wed and today is Sat.. today my drivetrain malfunction light came on.. I have to contact sales on Monday to let them know. Just hope that it's not a big deal and can get this addressed right away. The only thing I think this dealership can improve on is the time it takes checking into service..worked for a dealership for 10 years and a 20 min wait to check ining in is too much..people are very nice though so I appreciate that.

I have been a customer of weir canyon since 2014. Purchase car there and had multiple honda cars service there. This last service was the worst experience I had there. Brought the car in for a simple oil change and tire rotation . When I picked up the car, it had multiple warning lights. I asked the serviceman to take a look at the car. He took it to the technician. When he brought it back, it still had warning signs but told me there is nothing he can do unless I pay for a $1800 repair. When I brought the car in, it was fine. No warning signs. Serviceman did not offer any to help except that I had to pay for $1800 repair. Otherwise I have to drive the car with warning signs. Not very helpful. Frustrated and left. Worst customer service experience.
