We had a new front splitter put on the vehicle. It wasn’t pit on right and fell off the next day on the fwy. Brought the vehicle back and Honda did fix the problem. I appreciate that.

My experience was more positive than negative, but there was one thing that caused frustration.
On my initial drop off for lock actuator issues, they must have assumed the broken driver door lock cylinder was the issue. The car stayed overnight so the part could be ordered and replaced the next day. I was charged, car repaired and picked up later the following day. As soon as I pulled out of the parking lot the door locks started acting up right away. I returned right away and Larry apologized, not knowing if the technician had tested the locks or attempted to drive the car so the locks would activate once driving. Larry let me know I’ll have to come back the following Tuesday for them to check the car again.This is frustrating because time and money has already been invested.
I returned Tuesday morning with my car and Marc got me all set up again to leave the car. Later that day they discovered it was the rear passenger lock that was causing the malfunction. So more money and more time. It was too late to order the part so my car had to stay 2 more days. The part came in, was repaired, a Lyft was quickly at my house to bring me back and everything works great. My car was also very clean, which was a very nice surprise!
While although I was frustrated at how the problem I came in for was handled, Larry and Marc were both friendly and patient. My car works great and now my battery won’t die with locks clicking all night, lol!
