I’ve been going to this Honda dealership for 10 years every 6 months and paid $1600 for service fees last week. I love the service. But an employee I hadn’t met before approached me as I was walking around the premises waiting for my car and said I have to leave and was very rude and disrespectful when I tried telling him that I’m just waiting for my car. Previously everyone has been so so nice, so hopefully this is a one time thing, not sure
