Although all service was done satisfactorily, The following I felt was charge was rather excessive.
My windshield washer reservoir was leaking. I looked up cost of parts replacement and also how to self repair. Easy and not hard to fix. I would have done it myself except I have a bad back and plus not a safe way to work on it. I was charged 215.00 for the diagnostics which was applied to the repair that was to replace the tube that connects to the reservoir.
I understand that fees are based upon time that is applied to what ever the repair is, but 215.00 seems excessive knowing what’s involved.
In closing, we’ve purchased both cars from you and have supported your service department on all our car needs. In times of high costs, I’m left to possibly resource other ways to maintain my cars care needs. I understand the profit end of business, but as a consumer I also need to prioritize my budget.
