So I brought my car in because my back left tire had a nail in the tire. I bought my tires from you guys. I specifically asked to rotate my tires since you were fixing the bad tire. I asked my advisor twice when picking up my car if my tires were rotated. He said yes both times. This morning. I went to put the cap on my air stem from having to put air in my tire yesterday before taking it to you guys to repair. Only to find that the tire missing the air stem cap. Is still on my back left tire. Proving to me. That I was lied to twice. So if you guys are willing to lie about something so simple what else are you lying to your customers about. Time to put a comment on social media about this. I feel that people really need to be aware of the lies.
