Oil change price is too high when compared to competitors like norm reeves.
The courtesy uber ride made paying the higher prices for service at this service department worth it because of the convenience. I was denied a one way 1.8 mile uber ride because it was too expensive. The ride cost $10.

Joshua was great throughout the entire process. He was personable and worked with me as I wanted to reduce my cost. Certain items were removed from the billing as I was going to replace them myself(ie..cabin air filter). Discounts for specific services were applied and additional discounts from loyalty emails that I received were added and approved by management.
