When I brought my vehicle for service the TPMS light was on As part of the service the tires were rotated. During the tire rotation the issue with the tire wasn't identified or fixed. Instead the pressure was topped off and the TPMS was turned off. When the car was returned to me I brought it up with the service agent. I asked if whatever the issue was with the tires was fixed. I was told no and to just bring it back if the TPMS light comes back on. As expected the TPMS light came back on. Just bring it back sounds easy but that means arrange a car pool for my kids, reschedule work meetings, etc. Why should I have to bring it in a second time when I already brought it in the first time? normally I get very good service but this time it's just not the case.

It is completely crap that you don't have loner cars and you only have one way lift. I ended up falling in you parking lot that was crazy busy trying to get to my loft driver.No one stopped what they were doing to see if I was ok. My knee shoulder and face were completely messed up and bloody.When my lease is over I will never come back here.

I brought my Pilot in for service at 2:55 pm on Friday 9/19/25 without an appointment. I was told that it would be serviced a back to me in about an hour and 20 minutes. I was on my way home with a serviced Pilot at 4:30 PM. Everyone was friendly and courteous!

My windshield wipers are not working so I have to take another morning off to bring my car back in to get it fixed. I can’t imagine the situation this would put me or a family member had this happened in the winter and we got caught in rain. Not what I expected after having my car serviced at your location. Plus, I had to dispose of some plastic lining that was left in my car after I discovered it in the back seat after getting home.
