Avoid Ernie at all costs. I wasted a day trying to get my car fixed while on vacation. After being told by Ernie the part I need is on backlog and unavailable in the US currently, I rented a car and altered my plans. Come to find out the part is available in bulk AND at other local dealers. How can Honda be this bad? Seriously? Get your act together
