Stood out in the rain and cold for 10minutes even though I had an appointment in the am then was told I needed a variety o services including new tires when I have only 24,000 miles on the tires then when car was done it was raining I am almost 60 years old wearing a boot for broken foot and torn ankle tendons up to my knee clearly visible and I had to walk to my car in the rain no offer for them to bring the car around to me
Very disappointing I will not return

Marc was beyond excellent. He was exceptional. He took his time with us; listen to us, didn’t rush us and went above and beyond. I thought he was the manager when he said he wasn’t I was shocked; he should be. EXCELLENT in customer service. I will be recommending this Honda location to friends and family and plan to buy my next vehicle here.
