The original technician indicated that this was an abnormal wear and tear, thus it should’ve been covered in our three-year warranty. In the end, Honda paid only half of the cost, but I still needed to pay about $250. In addition, when I picked up my car this morning, both front windows were completely open and had been left open all night. The inside of my car was wet and the inside of all of the windows were completely saturated. That was very disappointing. We have been Honda customers for the last nine years, and this is our third lease with this company. Today’s experience makes me think we may look elsewhere for our next lease.

Hi , the following are reasons for my review : I was not greeted or acknowledged for several minutes. Usually , when entering Honda, someone usually greets customers and offers seating so that customers are not waiting by the empty advising desks. I also had an appointment and the wait time for my car was over an hour and thirty minutes. When my car was finished , the multipoint inspection was not reviewed with me .

The service Darrell provided was good. If there are 2 points that make it a less than excellent experience, it’s: a) there are no loaner vehicles. When my Ridgeline (the third I’ve owned) has issues that are design/manufacturing flaws, rather than post-purchase damage caused by external issues, and I have to leave the vehicle, I should be able to get a loaner. b) the problem wasn’t solved. This wasn’t the first time I’ve had the service dept look at the problem, but it still persists. It’s not the only problem the truck has, but it’s frustrating me enough to try and get it fixed. I have no problem with the team there in the Service Dept. I’m just frustrated at the multiple problems this particular truck continues to have.
