Went to drop off car for service but was told to wait. Car wasn’t even written up for over 1.5hrs and when I asked about it was told repeatedly someone will come talk to me about it. When I asked about after 2 hrs of waiting was told, “oh I didn’t know you were waiting. Your car was already written up, you can go”. And after all that only one of the thing were dealt with satisfactorily. One of the issues was not fixed at all

Kind demeanor --friendky, professional. I recently had a horrific experience with the service manager at Pep Boys. Experience at HONDA is like night and day. I praise all Honda to all people. The customer service at Weir Camyon Honda is top notch. For this reason this is why I keep bringing my old Hondas back to Weir Camyon Honda. I bought a 2000 Honda Civic from Weir Camyon Honda and brought it in for every single service I had that car for 20 years ran like a champ and I gave it to my son who still drives it we love that car. I will never go to Pep Boys ever again, lol! HONDA love, forever! :-) :-)
i’ve gone to Pep Boys only for a head lamp light bulb and the Pep Boys clerk noticed that I need an oil change and suggested they get it done at the same time. I was hesitant because I’m loyal to HONDA, lol! But I gave in. What a mistake. A simple oil change and they didn’t re-tighten the undercarriage and undercarriage dropped on the freeway as I was driving 70 mph. Anyway, TMI. Love HONDA ! Thank you
