Marc was knowledgable & curtious. After telling him this was my 1st service appointment, he gave me personel tour of Weir Canyon's Customer Service waiting area, which included generous seating, personal office spaces, complementary coffee machine, chilled bottled water, vending machines, and very clean restrooms. In short my 1st visit from arrival to departure was a little more than 1 hr. The price was very reasonable. I'd rank Marc and Weir's Service Dept. a 11 out of 11.

To hard to get through to a service representative- no one knows what cars belong to who. My car was there for almost a week - someone should have called me with an update - my car was brand new only 3 weeks old - the whole experience was not handled very well
