Marc was amazing. I would definitely make sure he stays on staff if I were someone in charge. I was in earlier in the week and he made sure that the part I needed was ordered. He was helpful and his willingness to help was very evident both days I was there.
The check in process was not so good. Until Marc came out on I was not having a good experience at all.
I can easily say that Marc would be the reason I would go back. Hardin Honda was looking really good until Marc came out.
