I dropped my car off on Monday and the repair was performed on Tuesday and a claim was submitted to the extended warranty and I still have not been able to pick up my car because whoever approves the extended warranty will not return the service advisors request and so my car is being held hostage and I have no car and was told I could not be provided a loaner car. I just feel like this kind of **** and there should be some way to prevent this

I’ve brought my car in twice now and left for several days to diagnose and fix a rattling that is going on in my dash. Each time I’ve picked up my car after 3-4 days and spending $1000+ for fixes that were recommended to address and that they found the issue, only to be driving home and it’s clear nothing was done at all about it and it’s still clearly there if they had bothered to drive and test it. I’m just over it at this point and will take somewhere else. It’s a minor issue in the grand scheme of things, but it’s **** not having a car for several days and still ending up with the same issue I brought it in for. Not thrilled and not coming back.
