When picking up the courtesy vehicle it was covered on hair although management switched it out I feel like the team does the least possible. Not cleaning the courtesy, taken multiple times to this place to figure out the problem. Once the problem was taken care of upon picking up my vehicle I had to leave it again for another problem that should have been checked and addressed before I was told to pick up my vehicle.

My car at dealership from 10:00 until 5:00, was told early afternoon.
My car still shakes and did not pass your alignment test. Car still shakes and we are looking for another place to have it taken care of. Mr. Triplet was very kind, if it wasn’t for him I would probably still be sitting on your Bay Area waiting for someone to help. ( was with a customer on a drive, when he got out of car he immediately came over to me. I was there at least 15min before he helped me.

I had received a call asking me to schedule an appointment to have a key fob programmed for my 2018 Honda Odyssey. I asked twice on the call if my key fob was available and they said yes. I even received a text message from Darrel to confirm my appointment.
I took a day off of work and waited for over 1 hour to be told that the key was not in stock and was back ordered. It would have been helpful if the person scheduling the appointment could have checked and really confirmed if the key fob was available.
I am extremely disappointed in this experience here at Weir Canyon Honda.
