I should not have had a problem with the defective rotary when you installed front brakes yesterday. Negligent workmanship The car and steering wheel vibrated when I tried breaking and the brakes were dangerously ineffective. The car shouldn't have been released as it endangered my safety and others on the road,pedestriaand drivers. Your Negligence is unacceptable.

Excellent service! Very happy with everyone I encountered and the service performed on my vehicle.

I purchased the car in April of 2023 brand new. I had three things I wanted looked at 1) passenger rear window will not work / does not roll down you can hear it clicking but nothing happens - maybe a short . When I dropped it off this morning it actually was not working 2) the driver rear view mirror has a shake to when high speeds and Hugh way driving 3) the stereo did not seem to be projecting as it should in the backseat I also had a factory emissions recall. I dropped the car off at 7:15am today and by 11am I received a text saying everything was finished but not details When I arrive at 5:00 to pick up the car the paperwork just listed that there were no issues with the 3 things I was having trouble with Upon speaking to the rep we went out to the car and yes the rear window was indeed working but because it had worked for them there was no investigation into it. The mirror same thing I don’t think the test drive took it on the highway and I was then told this has happened and a replacement could be ordered so I asked for that and to be contacted when it comes in The radio I’ll just assume this is how it is as I have no way of knowing and can only go on what the professionals tell me I just feel that I bought a brand new car and would like it to all work properly - with the rear view mirror we just wait for the next time for it to happen and then I guess I bring it in again. I was a bit disillusioned by this experience with something brand new.

Waited from 12:30 to 2:55 for my car on Saturday. Actually I spotted my car in the parking after completion advisor had my key by his computer and forget to notify me that my cart is done. I had to go up to his desk and point to my car asking why it is parked . Very disappointed.

Joshua was a pleasure to speak to. He was informative, communicated well and friendly. I would recommend him as a service advisor to friends.
