Poor communication from Corey and Mark W to front line staff as to what needed to be done replace the defective sensor. Mark J said “I don’t know what I’m doing for you today”. In the end, we were turn away and told to follow up with Corey and Mark W next week. I sent an email to Corey in hopes of receiving a call back. This is very frustrating.
