I’d give Joshua Martinez a 10 for his service, however, I found a big scratch on top of the steering wheel’s airbag cover. I sent him the pictures but have not received his call back yet. Early today when I picked up the car I also found a missing trimming part on the dashboard of the passenger side. Had to back up the car and tell Joshua about it. The technicians need to double check every pieces and screws are put back into their places.

Not sure if the first one went through or not so here it is again. There was a miscommunication about me waiting for my vehicle when I first arrive, which the tech department was not made aware of. Therefore there was a delay, which would’ve been a major inconvenience to me as I work in LA County. But Corey Smith took care of me and provided me with a loaner vehicle and also a great price. I appreciate the acknowledgment of the inconvenience which was remedied in an acceptable fashion. I will definitely be back.

Completely pissed off about the fact that I made an appointment 8 days prior for a specific recall that my 2010 Honda Accord needed. The person on the phone making my appt took the VIN and confirmed the car was due for this specific recall (which requires a specific part). I had a friend follow me down so I wouldn’t have to wait. It took 25 min for me to even make it to a technician - even though I was on time for my appt. After I explained why I was there (with an appt), the first thing he said was, “Do you know if we ordered the part?” Excuse me? Why would I know that?! Sure as anything, when he calls the parts department, they don’t have it. Says he can have it tomorrow and what time do I want to bring it in. I wasted my day and my friend’s day driving down there to be told the part isn’t there. That is NOT acceptable. I understand if I brought it in to be serviced and you guys needed to determine what was wrong and then possibly parts aren’t in stock for the repair. But this was called in and verified. There is no excuse for why the airbag recall part wasn’t there waiting for my appt. I will not be bringing any of my 2 Hondas back for any future servicing.
