No one there except Marc Wiseman has good customer service. He called me 3 times on Saturday to update me on my car! When he was off on Monday no one called me all day to update me on my car or tell me it was ready. If it wasn’t for Marc I’d take my business elsewhere.

The advisor Timothy was rude upon arrival being on a phone call while starting my paperwork. The phone was on speaker and someone was cussing on the other line. Also maybe tells about the culture there, but even the manager had to yell over at Timothy to tell him to pay attention to me and do his job. The main thing is that Timothy never told me that my car was ready. I called every hour on the hour since 12pm to reach him and left multiple messages asking for an update. I never got a call back with an update and he left me without my car for an entire day. Completely unprofessional. I had to get a ride to the dealership the next morning to finally get an update. Turns out my car was ready at 2:00 the previous day. Timothy is a terrible employee completely ruining whatever good reputation this place is trying to build. He is rude, unprofessional, unaware of his surroundings, and left me without a car for an entire day.

I had the best experience when my window issues were resolved by the advisor Joshua Martinez! He was amazing , kind , professional and positive! He rendered me the best service ever!
