Mark was pleasant and professional. My car was ready within the time he stated. Upon completion of the work, he reviewed with me all of the mechanic's findings so that I would be aware of future maintenance needs (i.e. front brakes). His communication skills were excellent and he made me feel like a VIC (Very Important Customer).
