Not specific to Mark. I was passed around between three different service advisors, and there was over one full week where my car sat in the lot with no one doing anything with it. On top of that I was charged an exorbitant amount of money when the first fix that was recommended didn’t work, so let’s tack on another $1800. I won’t be coming back - this experience with your dealership was horrendous
