The lady (Gail) answering the phone to schedule an appointment doesn’t even listen and refuses to let you talk to any Weir Canyon Service advisors. Go back to letting the service department answer their own calls. This is not the Weir Canyon Service I am used to. This is the CA DMV service way. Please improve. Thank you!

I asked if there was a coupon available for my
oil change service. The service person told me that $79.95 was their coupon price which I thought was excessive. I have been servicing my vehicle at Honda dealers for 10 years and have never paid more than $60 for an oil change. While I was waiting, I searched and found a coupon from a Honda dealer down the street for $57.95 for the exact same service, and asked the service person if he would honor that coupon, which he did. I’m disappointed that you attempt to price gouge first and only offer discounts if asked.
