Martinez was very polite and professional and did a great job. After going over the recommended maintenance beyond the requested oil change and tire rotation, I went to get a second opinion on whether the brake work suggested was necessary and was told it was not yet needed and that the dealer I went to was trying ti upsell something I did not need. I was unhappy to hear that a loyal customer would be treated this way.

Tim had issues closing my paperwork due to having the wrong paperwork. Had to explain that it was not my name on the paperwork. Next, they gave me the wrong car keys. When I told them they were not mine, Marc told me they were mine and that they took all my keys off the ring for safety reasons and assured me they were my keys and I just didn’t recognize them. Tim walked me out to a car with the keys, only to prove that they were not my keys and they tried to give me the wrong car. I was being talked down to as though I was too dumb to know my own name, keys, and car. I received a lot of insincere apologies including one from Sales Manager Micheal Baker but no one ever took responsibility for their actions and failure to listen in the first place. The manager even passed it off as poor training.
