My representative had issues with processing my card. I offered to pay in cash at first, he said no. I gave him my AMEX and the chip malfunctioned. I asked him to just swipe it and it took another team member to help him. At the end of the day I shouldn't be helping one of your representatives to pay for my transaction.why couldn't I just pay cash? I've done it before.
