I would recommend avoiding saying “let me check to see that we have the part required for your appointment” upon arrival for a scheduled service. It just sets up for dissatisfaction. Although I said I was completely satisfied because I don’t want Joshua to have a negative review, this was my first experience with the Service department and I will be more honest on my next review. Also, I was quoted a 4 hr service time “or sooner”. At 4 hrs and 10 mins, I just showed up and waited 15 mins and got my car.

Michael explained to me that your service people were unable to rotate my tires because they were unable to find the proper/custom socket wrench. I took up the middle seat floor to locate the spare tire; I found a lug wrench which fit on the lug nuts. I’d like to talk to Michael.
