As this was my first visit to Weir Canyon Honda for maintenance service on my vehicle I was most impressed by the level of professionalism from when I first arrived at the service drive to when my car was ready to go home. I was most impressed with Marc Wiseman the service advisor who was a true professional and he kept me informed from start to finish including recommended future service for my vehicle. He also had advised me it would be approximately 1 hour for the service and he was spot on with that estimate. The entire process was handled in a very efficient manner so I would rate this visit for service a “10”!

Stayed on site for my truck to be serviced. He notified me to say that my recall parts were not in stock and needed to be ordered. 45 mins later I felt it had taken too long for just an oil change and I notice that my keys are on his desk, my truck is parked on the entrance hill, and Marc was nowhere to be found. Had to ask to get checked out with no one informing me of that my vehicle was finished. He knew I was on site waiting, so that was extremely inconsiderate.
