Mike was excellent he did go above n beyond to help me out with the service, loaner, coordination of the return of vehicle and was mindful of my time that I had kids to pick up n needed the car before schools out, even thought techs were playing catch up. He was also able to assist me with my Honda finance questions and putting me in touch with the right person and later today I was able to resolve that matter too. M not generally brand loyal in cars, I just go with the best in the market at the time. But Honda might just have earned mine and my company’s loyalty.
