It’s impossible to speak with a service technician over the phone… no matter how many times I call. Operator picks up and says no one in service department is picking up and that they would leave a call back message with them. I left over 6 call back requests in my last 2 times and NOBODY CALLS ME BACK. It’s very frustrating. I have used your service Center for over 5 years now and past couple times have been very bad with regards to picking up phone calls or even calling back.

Always Great service checking in with a problem. Mark is my usual go to who is very personable and knowledgeable——-but he was busy——-so Michael was there to help me and also when I picked up my car was very happy with his service checking in and then out.
