Though it was a long process all worked out well in the end. I understand that the dept was understaffed and parts were taking awhile to come in but Michael Stephenson was very professional and informative and sent me updates as they were available. I was a bit frustrated at times but as I mentioned, Michael stayed on top of things for us. 4 out of 5 stars and we will be back next time we need service or maintenance. Michael alone gets a 5 out of 5.
