It was my first visit for the service department. Another local Honda dealer charged me for service that they didn’t provide. I guess they figured I was a women and I wouldn’t know. When I questioned them, they responded “that service wasn’t needed so we didn’t do it.” But they charged me for it. I was given a free oil change on my next visit. A far cry from what I paid for.
My visit at weir Canyon today was very nice. The people outside were friendly and efficient. Richard did a tire assessment. It was recommended to get new tires due to the age vs miles. I wasn’t ready for that today, but I appreciate that he didn’t push or insist. Once inside Michael handled my paperwork. Very nice. Pedro did my service. I appreciated him telling me what my car would need in the near future. Such as breaks and tires. My car came back to clean and ready to go. The facility was very clean and I enjoyed the complementary coffee and water. I will definitely recommend Weir Canyon Honda to my family and friends. Thank you!
