Mark Juben has been extremely courteous and accommodating. My concern is with the technicians. The first time I was there they could not reset the computer after a routine service. Mark gave me a loaner after they all tried multiple time ls to reset the computer. Because it was late it was the only computer operating at closing. I reluctantly took the loaner because I had work the next day but had to return back the next day. Apparently the computer was the issue. I got my car and noticed that my automatic car seat adjustment was not set. I tried setting it several times. Since I am busy and this is my car I did not pay attention to it. Then my husband said it is not setting which I thought there was an issue too. The seat adjuster was working fine before I brought the car in for service. Every time I bring my car in for service at Weir Canyon I have an issue.You folks chare a lot for labor but honestly I want to charge for the inconvenience to my schedule. Mark said I have a bad switch. The part is on backorder. He said Weir will cover the labor and I only have to pay for the part. Honestly this is nice of him. However that seat adjustment switch was working before the service and now it is broken. It is too coincidental to me and corresponds to that routine service. It's going to take additional time from my schedule again. We do not even know when the part will be in. I give Mark an A+. Service tech dept get a D from me. I don't even know what I pay for since I am always bringing the car back. When I schedule for a service it is like going to the dentist, you dread it.
