This was not a good experience. I paid $1100 for 2 tires break fluid, oil change and air filter change. Sorry I did not see the value. Also when I picked up the car it had not been washed so that must be a new policy. Also the plastic plate that covers the rear passenger left side door was just sitting there and not put back in place probably after they did the wiring recall. Not sure if I can snap that in myself. Also all the items that I had in my trunk were scattered over my back seat not put back after they probably changed the tire. Anyway this is about the 6th Honda or Acura I have had serviced over the last 25 or 30 years so it wasn't anything like usual.

When I drove up I waited over five minutes for the service tech to come out in the same thing when the car was finished took him over 10 minutes to get the paperwork done before I could take the car and thirdly the price I was quoted wasn’t the price it was a few dollars more because of the waste fee why wasn’t a waste fee quoted in the price thoroughly I don’t think they rotated my tires
