I prefer having my vehicles serviced at the dealerships, despite the higher prices, bc I value the quality work and parts provided. I’ve been having my ‘05 Tundra with 240k miles serviced at the same Toyota dealership for 14 years, bc I trust the advisor. I am hoping to have the same relationship with your team. Unfortunately, the last time I was at Weir Canyon I didn’t have a great experience. I chose to give your shop another shot and use a different advisor. I’m glad I did: Marc was excellent. He was prompt, professional, and communicated well. The service tech appears to have done a good job as well. I would also like to note Mark Juban was very helpful when I picked the can up (Wiseman was with another customer). I’ll be back again. Kudos to your team.
